As there is a lot of hype around this dessert shop, there were hardly any seats available, but my girlfriend and I were able to get a seat after a few minutes. On seating we were treated to some complimentary Chouquettes. These are lightly baked dough with a hollow inside with sugar sprinkled on top. This would be a perfect snack to go with a hot drink, however we had them on its own.

The menu contains a variety of different flavoured products from eclairs to choux, all of which are displayed at the front counter when ordering. What will strike you is the vibrant strong colours and the designs used. Have a look at the website menu to see what I’m talking about.

We ordered a Hazelnut & Milk Chocolate Treasure Éclair which is an éclair with milk chocolate cream made from praline and hazelnut. What made us order this éclair was it was smothered in gold dust, now have a look at that! Our taste buds were tingling after eating this. Words of precaution handle the éclair with care as the gold rubs onto your hand very easily.

Alongside the éclair we also ordered a Pistachio and Strawberry Puree Choux. This was a crunchy type biscuit with strawberry jam inside. I wasn’t too amazed by this as it mainly tasted like pistachio with a thin layer of strawberry.

If looking for a distinctive taste of desserts within London, this is your place to be. Prices are on the upper side for desserts, however that shouldn’t stop you from exploring the taste of their eclairs. If anything the colours of their desserts should entice you!
