Red Iron Burgers. I have heard good things about this place for the longest time so it was only right I finally got to visit here and I was excited. Burger joints are never usually high on my list but this one was! Located in Uxbridge, it was quite the journey for me and the lads, but would it be worth it?

The aesthetic on the outside was quite interesting, the way it looked was unusual for burger places, to me it didn’t even look like a restaurant but once inside that all changed.
For starters, me and the boys decided to share some chicken wings. They had three choices of wings; Buffalo, Sweet Chilli and Barbecue. We went for the Buffalo Wings. There weren’t too many choices of starters here, with only the wings or nachos being available. The Wings were tasty with a nice tangy kick to them. The wings cost 4.95 for a portion of six, luckily we were blessed with two extra wings! We would recommend the wings here as they were quite tasty.
For me I decided on a milkshake, going for the salted Caramel. They did have a decent variety of milkshakes to choose from but the Salted Caramel definitely stuck out to me as I am a big lover of Salted Caramel. The Milkshake was nice and thick with a good taste to it. It was definitely a good combination to the food and the burger to come.
So here is what we had been waiting for, the famous burgers! I went for the signature Red Iron Burger! The Red Iron Burger only uses 28 day aged prime beef for their patties and let me tell you the burger was delicious! The Red Iron Burger consisted of the Beef patty, melted layers of Mixed Cheese, their own Red Iron Burger Sauce, Garlic Mayo, Caramalised Onions, Jalapenos, Red Onions, Lettuce and Tomato. The burgers all come with chips so no need to order them separately which is good as a lot of places nowadays are not doing that. The chips were tasty complimenting the burger well. The Burger was delicious, very juicy and mixed with everything inside the burger it was great! The Bun was also nice, with a lot of sesame seeds on top. Definitely worked well all together. All around it was a great burger. The Burger with Chips cost £10.95 which is very nicely priced.
The meal filled us up to the brim. We went on a bank holiday monday at Lunch Time and it wasn’t too busy. The service was really quick and the staff were pleasant and attentive so no complaints there. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely recommend you come here if you are a burger lover. I would definitely re-visit despite the journey for me.
