As a Milk/Bubble tea lover I had to get my fix of milk tea whilst I was in the area of Soho one day. I stumbled across biju Bubble Tea Room and had to go for it, I have visited this chain at another location previously so I knew to expect good things!

Biju has a good variety of Milk Tea flavours, some which are quite unique, such as Rooibos Milk Tea and Chai Milk Tea. I decided to go for the Hong Kong Milk Tea, a flavour I haven’t previously tried and isn’t seen in most Bubble Tea shops I have visited. When placing my order here I wasn’t asked about my sugar or ice level which is a bit unfortunate as I like the customizability of that from other Bubble Tea places, and I feared it would be too sweet. However The Hong Kong Milk Tea was a strong Milk tea and was barely sweet so I was happy with my choice. The venue did have some seating, however as it was in Soho on a weekend it was very busy so I just about managed to get a seat. There are a few choices of toppings, but I went for the classic Tapioca Pearls.
